Our Techniques & Services

Chiropractic Care

Our comprehensive wellness approach to improving and maintaining a patient’s health means we use techniques that emphasize hands-on manipulation. There is no one technique that’s right for everyone. We use the following chiropractic techniques:

We are gentle but specific, and progress according to one’s sensitivities and tolerances.

“So long as it’s done by a qualified provider, chiropractic is completely safe and the benefits can be huge,” says Dr. Lubovich.

Our chiropractic care is complemented by the following services:

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been around a lot longer than traditional western medical medicine, and with or without chiropractic technique, it can help with many health problems.

As one of the alternative treatments we often recommend as a complement to chiropractic care, acupuncture is helpful to people with hundreds of health conditions. These include viral infections, metabolic disorders, autoimmune diseases and psychosomatic disorders like anxiety and depression. Some patients come to us just for treatment with our acupuncturist, Jessa Wilson.

Massage Therapy

Massage is for more than relaxation and recreation! It’s one of alternative medicine’s best tools, and you can enjoy the process with us. It’s often a great partner with chiropractic techniques or a stand-alone treatment option. There are actually a lot of health benefits one can derive from massage. Here are some common ones:

  • Promotes relaxation. Massage helps relax and stretch your muscles. There are different types of massage techniques applied not only to your skin but to underlying tissues as well.
  • Relieves pain. When you are in pain your muscles contract. Massage plays a role in the therapeutic process of relieving pain.
  • Promotes circulation and oxygenation. The massage therapist manipulates body tissues as well as blood vessels. Massage strokes follow an upward direction promoting blood supply toward the heart. The heart then pumps/distributes the blood supplied to different parts of the body.
  • Relieves sleeplessness/insomnia. A massage session can relieve stress experienced in daily life.
  • Promotes flexibility. Tense muscles prevent good body movement. Massage helps relieve tensed and knotted muscles.
